FermentationSystem:
The fermenting system is made up with 6-12fermenting tanks. We can support you all kinds of beer equipment range from100L-2000L.we can also design according to your request.
Allfermenting tanks were welded with the imported high quality stainless steelreaching to the food sanitation standard. The inside polish≦0.6ɲm.theoutside adopts the secondary smooth polishing. It can keep warm by imported PUfoam with bottom cone type.
Thecolling jackets of fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channels andfluting channels etc to exchange heat. There are many pipelines between thefermenting tanks such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling mediumcircumfluence pipelines and CO2pipeline.With the help of PLC auto-control system, the equipment can reach to automaticand semi-automatic control. This guarantees the accuracy of the processparameters and experimental results. All the stainless steel pipeline whichconnect with material adopt sanitary ISO or DIN standard pipe. CleaningSystem:

CoolingSystem:

Cooling system is used in reducing the temperature of mass wort andfermenting, it’s a wasted energy system of beerequipment. Optimizing configuration of cooling system directly decide the lowwasted energy in equipment running.
Cooling system adopts imported compressor, process safety, lowmalfunction rate, solve the customer’s worry. System pipeis welded with PU pipe to keep warm, effectively reduce the heat loss.
BeerSelling System:
Beer selling system includes transport tank, sellingtank, refrigerator, beer Counter, tap, beer piller, etc.
The selling tank is mainly used for storageand sale of the finished beer. It mainly adopts high-quality stainless steelsand red copper. The tank is processed by plasma cutting and pure argon gaswelding. The selling tank connects the refrigerator and single tank together toinstantly cool down the beer ,which keeps the beer’srich foams and fresh and mellow tasting. The selling tank takes little spaceand area for its and being released continuously. The selling tank takes littlespace and area for its simple structure and easiness to operate. The tank canbe installed on a handcart as your required, which is more convenient to sellbeer anywhere. The selling tank is good choice for individual investors, barbecues,pubs and hotels &restaurants.
Control System:
The PLC controlling system and DCSintelligent control system are adopted as the control system for the hoteldraft beer equipment. Both of the two systems are independently developed andpatented by Chenji Company. PLC controlling system includes Siemensprogrammable controllers, IPC(industrial personal computer)and otherauto-controlled components; the heating and cooling are fully automaticcontrol, and it can also be hand controlled on the operation platform. TheTechnological parameter can be programmed and set automatically or manuallyaccording to customer’s requirement or the technologicalrequirements for different production abjectives.
DCS intelligent control system is easyto consolidate manage and discrete control. It is equipped with stronganti-interference ,reliability and versatility. It can be connected withvariety of PLC and remote computers. The operation interface is simple, openand expansive. DCS can meet the research and production requirement of thebreweries, beer houses and colleges and universalizes. At the same time, it canbe designed and installed according to customer’srequirements.
The PLC&DCS control system operatereliable, however, the price is much lower,only10% of that of the similarforeign equipment.
FiltrationSystem:
The filter adapted with hotel draftbeer equipment is the Leaf-type Diatomite Filter, Which is one advanced, efficientand new type filter absorbing all the strong points of the domestic and foreignmachines. The material is high quality stainless steel and density of machineshell can meet the food sanitation requirement.
