Yeast Propagation Equipment
Yeast propagation system is made of theexcellent stainless steel with high quality of pipelines and valves. It is usedfor yeast propagation and keeping yeast activity. This equipment ensures yeastpurity and large propagation with PLC control system. It can meet differentdemand of brewery plants. We have many varieties of equipment such as two gradeyeast propagation system and three grade yeast propagation equipment to satisfydifferent demands from the customers. The equipment can be designed accordingto buyers request.
Two grade Yeast propagation tank can beheated and cooled, and can be used as yeast culture storage vessels too withunique heating and cooling structure, high efficiency of heat exchanger. Cooling type: indirect cooling with coolantglycol in cylinder cooling jackets bottom interlayer. Heating type: indirectheating with steam in taper cooling jackets inter layer.
Touch screen is adopted as the operation andmonitor interface for the system. All setting of auto control parameters andthe monitor for the operation states of the whole system can be realized on thetouch screen. The temperature, pressure ,and condition of oxygen feeding andmash tret yeast growing of yeast machine can be controlled automatically. Theparameter such as yeast growing temperature, pressure, condition of oxygenfeeding and mash tret can be reset according to requirement of technicalprocess. The auto-control mode can be switched over to the manual mode and themanual mode can be switched over to the auto control mode at any time requiredby operator.
